- Commissioned art is for personal use ONLY.
- Prices are in USD.
- Listed prices are base prices. Price increases with complexity
- Having a general idea or theme in mind is greatly appreciated. I work better if you already have an idea of what environment you wish to commission.
- All details about the piece will be thoroughly discussed before payment is taken.
- If commissions are closed or slots are full, please reach out to be added on a mailing list.
Terms of Service
I. INTRODUCTION
Please read the entirety of the Terms of Service carefully. By ordering a commission from me, you agree
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below. Failure to abide by the
terms outlined may result in your order cancelled and you being blacklisted from future orders. Terms are
subject to change.

II. ELIGIBILITY
1. You must be at least 18 years old to order, AND
2. You must not be a minor
in the jurisdiction in which you reside. Anyone under the age of 18 and/or is still considered a minor in their
jurisdiction must receive parental permission before ordering.
3. You have agreed to the Terms and
Conditions.
III. PAYMENT
1. Payment is due on invoice receipt.
2. All prices are listed in USD ($).
3. Payments are processed through Stripe or Paypal invoicing. Full payment is taken at checkout.
4.
Partial payment is permitted for orders over $300.
IV. DELIVERY
1. Commissions are digital products and will not be shipped to the client.
2. Turnaround time varies
but can take up to 3 months on average.
3. Rush orders can be arranged with additional charges.
V. REFUNDS & EDITS
1. Refunds may be requested after 3 months have passed with no/little progress on piece..
2. Refunds
are NOT permitted for pieces that have already been completed.
3. Minor edits on completed pieces (e.g.
misplaced accessories, color corrections, resizing) may be requested free of charge.
4. Major edits on
completed pieces will have additional charges.
VI. USAGE RIGHTS
1. Items are for personal use only. Please do not sell or reproduce the item for
monetary gain.
2. You may trade or gift physical items containing your commission piece.
3. You may
repost your commissioned piece on public social media or use for site decoration with proper credit.
4.
You may not use my art for NFTs or AI machine training.
5. Please do not tamper with or repost art that
you do not own.
VII. ARTIST OWNERSHIP
1. I retain ownership of all works I created and may use them for personal purposes including, but not
limited to, galleries, portfolios, etc.
2. I do not claim the subject (such as your character) as my own.

Includes a background.
NOTE: The character ranges from a bust to a full-body depending on
composition.
CARTOON SCREENSHOT ILLUSTRATION

- Recommended for character interactions
- Each additional character = +$25
- Small props = No charge
- Food, small electronics, etc.
- Large props = Costs vary
- Instruments, weapons, vehicles, etc.

LANDSCAPE & SCENERY ILLUSTRATION
$250
- Recommended for landscape paintings
- Can provide a photo for exact reference
- Prices varies with scene complexity
- Include a character = +$10 - $25
An environment-focused painted illustration. Scenery may be fictional or based on a real-world location. If asking for an exact painting of your provided photo, please make sure it is your original image unless you have recieved explicit permission to use the image.
